Jawania Williams (she/her/hers) is the Director of Operations at Irving Harris Foundation. In this role she oversees finance, grants, data management, human resources, information technology, facilities management, and the development of efficient processes.  She has spent over 17 years in the nonprofit industry leading in the areas of finance & operations.  Prior to joining the Foundation, Jawania served as the Director of Finance & Administration at Community Renewal Society where she revamped the budgeting process and created policies to uphold the values of the organization. She is passionate about creating a society where an individual’s participation is not limited by race, gender, class, as well as other cultural identities.
