Stephanie Luca (she/her) is the Program Associate, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, at the Irving Harris Foundation. Stephanie is a mom of two, originally from Brooklyn, New York, who moved to Chicago in 2017. Before joining IHF she’s had a career spanning marketing, events, and over 14 years in technology focusing on operations and project management. Stephanie is driven by a dedication to mental health, especially for women of color and children and passionate about breaking cycles of generational trauma and fostering equity in professional spaces. Outside of work, Stephanie finds joy in travel, immersing herself in cosplay and tabletop games, and expressing her creativity through crafting.
